The Home and Commercial Solutions segment includes designing, manufacturing, sourcing, marketing, and distributing a diverse line of household products including kitchen appliances, food and home storage, fresh preserving, vacuum sealing, gourmet cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and home fragrance products, as well as commercial cleaning and maintenance solutions products, closet and garage organization products, hygiene systems, and material handling solutions. The Learning and Development segment focuses on writing instruments including markers, highlighters, pens, and pencils, art products, activity-based products, labeling solutions, baby gear, and infant care products. The Outdoor and Recreation segment offers global consumer active lifestyle products for outdoor and outdoor-related activities including technical apparel and on-the-go beverageware.
